The path of recovery is demanding, deeply personal, and never linear. I believe sustainable change requires more than willpower; it requires a stable physical foundation. My work is dedicated to helping you build that foundation, starting with the body.

Drawing from lived experience and my work as a recovery coach (CCRC), I provide a unique, somatically based (body) framework for embodied recovery. My approach integrates the core skills of stress resilience; nervous system regulation, breath science, and sleep management, to help you build a stable system to support your recovery.

The Programs

This program provides the latticework of foundational stress resilience—the essential physiological foundation often overlooked by traditional methods. We deliver a personalized somatic framework focused on building measurable resilience and the capacity to fluidly navigate your internal state, moving beyond simple behavioral management.

The goal is to help you build a personal practice of resilience, restoring stability and creating a profound sense of body ownership. This develops the internal capacity and confidence needed to meet the unique demands of your recovery journey.

For times when you need direct, in-person support, this offers a powerful layer of accountability and safety. It’s designed for navigating high-risk events, transitioning from treatment, or establishing new routines.

My role goes beyond companionship. I am there to help you actively build and integrate your own foundation of calm, embedding the practical skills of physiological regulation into your daily life.

Engagement Durations:
Short-Term Support (1 day – 1 week): For specific events or challenges.
Long-Term Engagements (30+ days): For sustained progress and integration.
Live-In Arrangements: Intensive, 24/7 in-home support.
